Ingredients
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, to top, optional
1 8 oz block of feta
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp honey
1 small garlic clove
1 tbsp chives, thinly sliced, to top, optional
Directions
- If using, toast sesame seeds in a saute pan over medium heat for ~3 minutes or until sesame seeds begin to turn golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Add feta, oregano, thyme, honey, and garlic into a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Use a spatula to remove and add to a bowl.
- Top with chives and toasted sesame seeds if desired.
- Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
