There is a two portion minimum per menu item. For example-- For 4 meals/week:Clients may choose 2 meals, 2 portions eachFor 6 meals/week:Clients may choose 3 meals, 2 portions each or 2 meals, 3 portions eachFor 8 meals/week:Clients may choose 4 meals, 2 portions each or 2 meals, 4 portions eachFor 12 meals/week:Clients may choose 6 meals, 2 portions each or 4 meals, 3 portions each or 3 meals, 4 portions each or 2 meals, 6 portions each
Microwave Reheating Instructions:Remove lid. Use medium power to ensure even reheating without overcooking or drying out.Heat for 3-4 minutes, stir midway, and continue in 1 minute increments. Ensure the meal reaches an internal temperature of 165°F Oven Reheating Instructions:Preheat to 300-350°F. Remove lid. Cover with foil to prevent drying out. Heat for 10-20 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes if a crispy top is desired.For salads or other dishes meant to be enjoyed cold, take out of refrigerator, and let sit for 5-10 minutes to allow for maximum flavor.
Since this is a personalized service, you are able to skip a week with no penalty. If you are traveling for part of the week, and would like to reduce the number of meals, you can certainly do that (4-meal minimum). You must provide at least 2 weeks’ notice of plans to cancel 2 or more consecutive weeks. If you cancel meals after the Saturday prior to the Monday delivery at 8pm,100% of the fee will be charged. If you cancel before the Saturday prior to the Monday delivery at 8pm, there will be no penalty.
Once you finish the meals, clean and dry the containers and put them back in the bag with the lids snapped on. The driver will pick up the bag, containers, and ice pack during the following week’s delivery.
The invoice will be sent via email on Monday afternoon through Square invoicing. Client has 7 days to complete the payment. If payment is more than 14 days overdue, services will be paused until payment has been completed.
