Ingredients
1 cup plain 100% fat Greek yogurt (the thicker, the better)
1/2 packed cup shredded cucumber (skin on)
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, and mix until evenly combined.
Note
Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
